We are excited to introduce our updated OPP files.
The entire program has been realigned to unfold organically, making it easier to use as a Mentor. Mentees experience a gentle building of concepts and skills - supporting a deeper level of understanding.
Current updated phases available include PHASE ONE, PHASE TWO, and PHASE THREE.
There will be EIGHT phases to this new version.
PHASE ONE is an introduction to essential healing skills.
This version is for a Mentor / Mentee relationship, where a Mentor has already completed Phase One.
This version is for a Peer to Peer relationship, where neither partner has experienced OPP.
Two people or a small group with no OPP experience can take turns coaching each other.
PHASE TWO introduces Parts Work and working with them in the Inner Circle.
PHASE THREE introduces Archetypes and other Inner Resources.
